These terms and conditions are accepted with every completed booking.   

Hereafter PARTY TIME LIMO HIRE shall be known as “the company” and the person making  the booking shall be known as the “hirer”. It will be deemed that the hirer accepts responsibility for themselves and every other person in his/her party and fully agrees to the conditions of hire as follows:

1.  All bookings are pre bookings only and must be confirmed within 7 days and a deposit of at least £60 paid.

2.  Any deposit/payments are non refundable and will be forfeited in the event of cancellation.

3.  Any OUTSTANDING BALANCE is to be paid in CASH by the hirer to the chauffeur at the time of pick-up.

4.  No Responsibility can be accepted for adverse weather conditions, (i.e snow, flooding etc) which may cause delay or cancellation of a booking by the company.

5.  A 10min grace period is allowed if a car is late for a collection due to roadworks, accidents, traffic jams etc.

6.  Whilst every effort is afforded to the service ability of all vehicles, no responsibility can be accepted for mechanical, electrical or material breakdown howsoever caused. In this unlikely event every effort will be made for an immediate repair to the vehicle so the journey can continue, or the hirer will be transferred to another vehicle.

7.  The company reserves the right to change, replace or renew the vehicle booked or advertised in order to maintain the company’s high standard.

8.  The hirer shall be fully responsible & liable for any damage caused both inside and outside the vehicle by hirer or any member of his/her party howsoever caused. The hirer will be liable for the total retail cost of any such repair and the company will determine the location of the repairer. In addition, the hirer will be liable to pay the company any further losses (i.e lost bookings/cancellations) whilst the vehicle is out of commission.

9.  The company reserves the right to charge either £50.00 valeting charge or the cost to the company, whichever is the higher of the two) for damage caused due to missus of food, drink, illness or other.

10. The company reserves the right to charge any charges occurred by the hirer or member of his/her party straight to the credit/debit card given on booking.

11.  The hirer is liable for all glassware breakages or disappearances at a replacement cost of £3.00 per glass.

12.  Our limousines are have all been designated NON-SMOKING and any infringement of this policy will deem rental invalid. All monies paid will be forfeited and rental terminated.

13.  By law a maximum of 8 passengers may be carried at one time.

14.  By signing and returning the ‘booking form’ the hirer has entered into a binding contract with this company. This automatically applies to any booking taken over the telephone where a booking form is not sent.
